We have put together a toolkit with sample messages you can use throughout the 360-survey process. Simply download the file, use the template as is or modify to fit your needs. Here is a summary of the documents included in the 360 Tool Kit.  

01 - 360 Survey Launch Process for Administrators

This outlines a sample 360 process including what steps you should take and when. Consider this a guiding tool.  

02 - Message to IT Team 

This is a template you can use to send to your IT team that gives guidance on adding EDASurveys to your safe sender list including the email address. This will ensure that surveys reach participants without ending up in the spam folder. 

03 - Leader Kick-Off Message 

This template should come from you (the client) to you leader(s) that will be doing the 360 survey. This introduces the survey to the leader. 

04 - Rater Spreadsheet

This is the participant template the leader will fill out with rater information. 

05 - Draft Email from Leader to Raters

This message should be sent by the leader to their raters which will advise raters of their inclusion in the 360 survey.
