Question Types: Linear

• Question Types

Within your project, you can select Linear Scale as a survey question type. This question type is formatted as a Likert Scale and allows questions to be answered in a numerical form.  

1. Select Add Question and click Linear Scale.  

2. Here you can type your question and a description. You can select from the following options for this scale: 3-point, 5-point, and 7-point scales. You will also need to select from the options: Agreement, Effectiveness, Satisfaction, or Custom.  

Note: Description section is optional. 

 

 

Custom 

Note: If selecting Custom on scale, it will allow you to customize your own labels for your question.

3. The User Mode (eyeball icon) on the righthand side above your question allows you to view your question as the user would see it. Click on the eyeball icon and your linear question scale will appear.  

4. Click Save on the upper righthand side to save your created question types.
