Question Types: Email Field
Within your project, you can select E-mail Field as a survey question type. This question type allows a short-answer and open-text field for responses, and for users to provide an email address.
1.Select Add Question and click E-mail Field.
2. Here you can type a question for your survey and add a question description.
Note: Description section is optional.
3. The User Mode (eyeball icon) on the righthand side above your question allows you to view your question as the user would see it. Click on the eyeball icon and your E-mail Field question will appear. Here, an E-mail address can be added with the question.
4. Click Save on the upper righthand side to save your created question types.
