Question Type: Checkbox

• Question Types

Within your project, you can select Checkbox as a survey question type. This question type allows users to select multiple answer options for a single question. You can utilize this question type if you want users to be able to choose more than one answer option to your question. 

1. Select Add Question and click Checkbox. 

2. Here you can type a question for your survey, add a description, and create your own answer choices for your question. Users will be able to select more than one answer choice when responding to this question.  

Note: Description section is optional.  

3. The User Mode (eyeball icon) on the righthand side above your question allows you to view your question as the user would see it. Click on the eyeball icon and your Checkbox question will appear.  

4. Click Save on the upper righthand side to save your created question types.
