Taranjeet Singh is a C-Suite Executive Coach with EDA in Asia Pacific. He has over two and a half decades of experience in the human resource management consulting world. Highly experienced and skilled in the area of organization transformation, he brings to the table an acute understanding of key considerations relating to how disruptive thinking can, in turn, enhance organization efficiencies, performance, productivity improvement, value realization, leadership, and cultural assessment, strategic planning and employee effectiveness interventions to name a few. Taranjeet has also had hands-on experiences in Due Diligence and M&A work, as well as large-scale Business Turnaround.

Taranjeet is presently the CEO of Quantum Steppe Advisory, a boutique regional management consulting with a focus on SEA and Central Asia. He has recently been appointed Chair of the Regional Board of the prestigious Chartered Management Institute UK. He is a co-founder of a tech startup, JoOpps, which is focused on the development of a talent ecosystem using deep learning and AI to support the area of effective talent recruitment. Taranjeet is also a Global Advocate for the OtherDots Foundation which is centered on venture building within the area of social impact investment.
