Genique Crowder is the founder of Next Level Up Consulting, LLC providing expertise in organizational effectiveness, change management, and executive coaching for national and global based organizations. She has a passion for developing and implementing strategic plans that aligns with the overall mission and vision of organizations, resulting in innovation, best practices and a high-performing culture of success.

Preceding the start of her business, Genique provided a wealth of knowledge and experience designing and finalizing platforms that align with organizations’ overall strategic objectives; specifically in the areas of technology, talent management, organizational development & change management. Her certification in Neuroscience and Masters in human relations allowed her to coach leaders to develop and sustain new perspectives, increase productivity and maximize their fullest potential. Genique has also served as Chairperson for a dynamic board ensuring the committee was effective in its tasks of setting and implementing the organization’s direction and strategy.
